Service. DubFlow ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered video dubbing service that
transcribes, translates, and voices uploaded video content ("Service"), operated from the
Philippines. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
Your content. You retain ownership of videos you upload. You represent and warrant
that you own or hold all necessary rights to any content you upload, and that your use of
the Service does not infringe any third party's copyright, privacy, or publicity rights.
You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you lack rights to dub.
We may suspend accounts and remove content that violates this section.
License to process. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transform
your uploaded content solely to provide the Service (transcription, translation, speech
synthesis, mixing, delivery back to you).
Output. Dubbed output is generated by automated AI systems and may contain errors.
You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing it. Subject to your plan, you
may use output for personal or commercial purposes, provided you had the rights to the
source content.
Plans & quotas. Features and monthly processing minutes depend on your plan.
Unused minutes do not roll over. We may enforce fair-use limits to protect the Service.
Billing. Paid subscriptions are sold by our merchant of record, Paddle, whose terms
also apply to purchases. See our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use. No attempts to breach security, abuse free tiers, resell the
Service, or upload malware. No use of the Service to create deceptive impersonations of
real persons without their consent.
Termination. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate
accounts for breach of these Terms.
Disclaimers & liability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts
you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
