Purchases are processed by Paddle as merchant of record; refunds are issued through Paddle.
14-day guarantee. If you're unhappy with your first subscription purchase, contact
us within 14 days for a full refund — no questions asked, provided fair use (we may decline
refunds where a substantial portion of the monthly minutes was consumed).
Renewals. Cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and
your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Renewal charges can be refunded
if requested within 7 days and the new period's minutes are substantially unused.
How to request. Email davaogoods@gmail.com from
your account email with your receipt; we respond within 2 business days. Refunds return to
the original payment method via Paddle.
