What we collect. Account data (email, name), content you upload (video, subtitles)
and the audio/text we generate from it, usage data (minutes processed, project metadata),
and basic technical logs.
How we use it. To provide and improve the Service, enforce quotas, communicate with
you, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your personal data or your content, and
we do not use your content to train AI models.
Processing partners. Parts of the pipeline run on trusted third-party cloud services
(e.g. speech, translation, and AI infrastructure providers) acting as processors on our
behalf; payment processing is handled by Paddle as merchant of record (we never see your
full card details).
Retention. Intermediate processing files are automatically deleted shortly after
your dub completes. Source videos and final outputs are kept while your project exists;
you can delete projects (and their files) at any time. Account data is deleted on account
closure.
Security. Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in access-controlled storage.
Your rights. You may access, correct, or delete your data — contact us at the
email below. Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 rights apply; EU/UK visitors have
analogous GDPR rights.
Cookies. We use only essential cookies/local storage for login sessions.
